Vocabulary Activities. This vocabulary activity idea is inspired by the sorting hat in the harry potter universe. Have students turn to the page in which each word is located.
Give each student a series of words to look up in the dictionary (paper or online). It’s suitable for any class size over 4 students and requires minimal preparation. This vocabulary game teaches children the importance of individual effort for the success of the whole group.
Write Each Vocabulary Word On The Board.
